I have no idea how I was introduced to Kate Somerville's Exfoliate, but I am so happy I was. It is a cross between a cleanser, exfoliant, and mask. My favorite part of using it, beyond that it works great, is that you don't have to have it on your face for a long time after applying. I rub it around my face and leave it on for 2 minutes. Just 2 minutes and it is ready to wash off. That makes it easy to use while in the shower, which makes it way more likely I will use it. I get annoyed with most masks that you have to keep on for 10 to 20 minutes. I scare my dogs and am worried I am going to get the mask on my clothes or phone. Not with this mask.
Now, for how good it is. Without feeling abrasive or getting uncomfortably tight on my skin, it makes a big difference in how my skin looks and feels. A noticeable difference. I am always looking for facial products that make my skin feel and look younger and refreshed. This one does.
As I said, I have no idea how I got a hold of the ExfoliKate, but if you want it, I did some research and the 1.7 oz tube sells for $24 and is available at many stores, including Nordstrom, Sephora and Ulta Beauty.
